Annual Captains’ Charity Golf Day

We’re incredibly proud of the fundraising efforts from the clubs Annual Captains’ Charity Golf Day.

Thanks to the hard work of our Captains Phil Mayers and Charlotte Wright, and the generosity of our members, sponsors, and supporters, an outstanding £5,633 was raised for two fantastic local charities.

• £4,633 was donated to East Lancashire Hospice, supporting the vital care and compassion they provide to people and families across our community.
• £1,000 was donated to Blackburn & Darwen Youth Zone, helping to create positive opportunities and brighter futures for young people locally.

A brilliant example of how Accrington & District Golf Club continues to bring sport and community together to make a real difference.

Thank you to everyone involved, a truly fantastic achievement.
